02What we collect
Only what you type or choose in the quote form: company name, work email, your name if you give it, what you want made (garments, number of styles, quantity, colours and sizes), project stage, target date, market and price range, a tech-pack link, how you would like us to answer, whether you would like a swatch card, and anything else you write.
We do not ask for anything else, we do not create accounts and we do not buy data about you.
03Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare a sampling plan and an estimate, and follow up on that conversation.
The legal basis is taking steps you asked for before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); under KVKK, processing that is necessary to set up or perform a contract (Article 5(2)(c)).
We do not use your details for advertising and we never sell them.
04Who else handles it
Web3Forms delivers the form to our inbox, our email provider stores the message, and the company that hosts this site keeps standard server logs.
Some of these services may process data outside Türkiye or the EU. Where they do, they rely on the transfer safeguards described in their own privacy policies.
05How long we keep it
We keep your messages up to two years after our last message, unless we start working together.
06Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, so no third party learns that you visited.
If visit statistics are switched on, we use Plausible Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without collecting personal data.
07Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Under KVKK Article 11 you can also ask how it was processed and who it was shared with.
Write to info@dubtex.com. We answer within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Türkiye or to the data protection authority where you live.
08Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page changes with it, so you can see whether anything has changed since you last read it.
